During this class, I found how to better teach others in a group setting. This class taught me strategies that include communication, Exercise Planning, and effective coaching tools.

In this class I learned how to utilize computer programs, to help refine the test and research I do throughout my academic and professional career. I also learned how to create easy to read/present graphs.

In this class I learned how to specifically program exercise routines on a weekly basis to accommodate special populations. In this class also learned how my pre- professional education ties into special populations, and how to best accommodate these special populations in Mutiple areas

During this class I learned to expand my knowledge in exercise programming. This class has helped me better program and understand cardiovascular classes and workout plans.
